Rare Gothic Sick Call - Last Rites Hand Carved wooden Catholic Religious Travel Kit with candles, candle holder and crucifix

Up for sale is this very rare Vintage Sick Call - Last Rites Catholic Religious Travel Kit with candles, candle holder and crucifix. This small intricately hand carved wooden box measures 8 1/4" tall, 4 5/8" wide and 2 1/2" in depth. Underneath the pictured Crucifixion are the elements of Holy Communion -- the wheat, grapes, and a chalice. Its contents include a wooden crucifix, two used wax candles that fit inside a carved wooden candle ring. The box pulls down in the back to access its contents. The outside of the box does have a metal closing clasp. There are scratches and nicks on the inside and outside of the wooden box. I have not cleaned the box in any way, inside or out--that is left up to the new owner to choose how it is to be displayed.
