Vintage Christmas Putz Lighted Brick House with Rubber Santa Head in Chimney Made in Japan

Sprouse Reitz Company from Portland Oregon Styrofoam musical centerpiece table display with climbing Santa Claus-- circa 1960s-1970s. Pull Santa (connected to a string) up from the chimney and watch him climb up the side of the house while the music Jingle Bells is playing. There is some staining on the roof as shown in pictures. The base is made of uncovered Styrofoam and has scratches and some damage to the base. The house is in descent shape for its age. The tree is a brush bottle tree. The roof is white velvet material. The house brick is velvet too. Measures 11" tall, 8" wide and 6 1/2" in depth.
