Vintage Sweet Tiny Petite Flower Girl with Ceramic Spaghetti Trim at 2 1/4" tall

Vintage Sweet Tiny Petite Bisque Flower Girl with Ceramic Spaghetti Trim at Collar. She measures 2 1/4" tall and 1 1/2" wide. She is holding a blue flower at her waist. Around her neck is a green spaghetti style collar with a faint yellow flower on the left side. No chips or cracks. Small yellow paint mark on back of dress - original when manufactured?? No maker's markings; however, I believe it is a Napco.
