Vintage French Wax Figure of Madonna & Child Under Glass Dome

Vintage French Wax Figure of Madonna & Child Under Glass Dome. Dome measures 11 1/2" tall and base is 7 1/2" wide. Madonna measures 8 1/2" tall. Wax figurines of Madonna and Jesus is in very good condition. Madonna is wearing a gold crown and a gold embroidered lavender velvet cape with white lace trim. How gown is white silk type material with white lace trim. Her veil is a beautiful scalloped lace - please note - the veil is torn and is extremely delicate to touch. Jesus is wearing a white gown with lace trim. The figurines stand on a footed wooden base painted in an antique gold with braided rope trim. The glass dome is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. It has a partial sticker written in French. The pictures really don't capture the beauty and solemnitude of the piece.
