Dipped Lace Porcelain Lady with Hat Figurine

Dipped Lace Porcelain Lady with Hat Figurine. Measures 5" tall and 2 1/2" wide. Skirt is green and front of it has rows of dipped lace. Wide brim hat with dipped lace trim. All lace is is very good condition with minimal breakage. Please see pictures for details and condition. There are a couple of dark spots on the skirt. Bottom has felt covering. No maker's mark.
