Solid brass vase made in India by RIH

For sale is this vintage solid brass short neck vase made by RIH made in India. This item was made in India and is solid brass as the tag on the bottom of the vase shows. The vase has a short neck and tapers down from the top to the base. The item measures 4" in diameter at the top 10 1/4" tall and the base is 3" in diameter. The item is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or issues that I have seen. Please see pictures for condition and details.
