Tall brass Chalis with etched flowers and leaves

For sale is this vintage tall brass Chalis with etch flowers and leaves. The etching around the cup portion are flowers and leaves and on the base the etching is different than the top and, in my research, I could not find out what the symbols are or what they are to represent. The item measures 4 1/2" in diameter and 12 1/4" tall with a base diameter of 4 3/4". The item is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or issues that I have seen.
