From Italy 9 Piece Vintage Fontanini Wooden Nativity scene with Creche. All pieces are wooden and hand carved - they are beautiful! Creche is also wooden with a carved roof. Mary and the creche are stamped, Made in Italy. The figurines are hand carved wood pieces. Very old set. Unless mentioned, pieces are in very good condition. Please see pictures for details and condition.
* Creche measures 4 1/2" tall, 7 3/4" long and 3 1/4" wide. Stamped MADE IN ITALY on bottom
* Mary - 1 3/4" tall and 1 1/8" long.
* Jesus 1 1/4" tall and 3 /4" wide
* Angel measures 2 1/4" tall and 1" wide.
* Palm tree 5 1/8" tall. It rests in a hole on the side of the creche. The tree is also made out of wood. The leaves are made from Paperwood. They are VERY delicate. All the palms have broken off the base of the tree. They can be tucked in the wrapped wire near the top of the tree as shown in the pictures.
