Vintage March Birthday Porcelain Bisque Figurine with Basket of Clovers. Measures 4 3/4" tall and 3" wide. March Birthday girl carrying an umbrella and a basket of green clovers on top of her head! I love her blue polka dot head scarf!!! In very good condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. One tiny yellow spot on back of neck. No maker's mark on bottom.
