Set of 4 Russian Podstakannik Penguin Enamel Silver Plated Tea Glass Holders ca. 1960-70. 2 of the cups are a slightly darker blue than the other two. Pictures show all four sides of tea glass holders so you can see the condition of the enamel. Silver is tarnished. No dents. Cup measures 2 1/4" tall and a diameter of 2 3/4". With handle, it is 3 1/2" tall.
