1940s Smoking Ashtray by Schafer and Vater - "Down By the Old Mill Stream" from their Singing Barber or Jolly Series w/Niagara Fall Sticker. Measures 4" tall and 2 1/4" wide. No chips, cracks or crazing. Has yellow sticker in front from Niagara Falls, Canada. Bottom has the number 8660.
