25" Antique 1904 Scrolling 14 Stations of the Cross Pics, Wooden & Bronze Standing Altar Crucifix with 3 Marys below by Koenig Brothers

25" Antique Scrolling 14 Stations of the Cross Wooden & Bronze Standing Altar Crucifix with Mary, Mary-wife of Clopas and Mary Magdalene. Measures 25 1/2' tall, 10 1/2" wide and 3 1/2" in depth. Beautifully made by the Koenig Brothers in 1904. Jesus and the three Mary's are made from Bronze which is in excellent condition. The three women each named Mary according to John 19:25 were at the foot of the cross during the crucifixion of Jesus: Mary the mother of Jesus, Mary the wife of Clopas (also described as her sister), and Mary Magdalene. The bronze figurines rest on a small altar. Below the altar is a window box surrounded by etched carboard with brass filigree corner pieces. It has two knobs on the the right side that turn to move the pictures. Inside are 14 scrolling colorful pictures of each Station of the Cross. As shown in the video, the scrolling works smoothly whether scrolling up or down. Some pictures are faded and some of spots on them. At the bottom of the last picture it states, Copyright 1904 Koenig Brothers. Please take time to look at the pictures to admire the magnificent workmanship of this special Altar Crucifix. There is some wear as shown in the pictures but with no damage or repairs that I can tell. Please see pictures for details and condition.
