18th Century Jansenist Altar Crucifix Brass plated Crucifix with Angels, lamb and St Anne de Beaupré holding the young Virgin Mary

18th Century Jansenist Altar Crucifix Brass plated Crucifix with Angels, lamb and St Anne de Beaupré holding the young Virgin Mary on wooden base. Measures 15 1/2" tall and base is 6 1/2" in diameter. Corpus is in a Jansenist pose with three angels at each of the cross tips. At the base of the cross is a lamb holding a banner. Below that is a pillar and on the front of the pillar is St Anne de Beaupré holding the young Virgin Mary with a large medallion behind them. The pillar rests on a round disc wooden platform painted in black. There is wear and patina on brass. Wooden base has scratches and wear in the paint. The angels at top of cross do have a tendency to rotate as they are secured by a pin. One of the balls on the wooden base is missing and another looks like it is newer that the third one.
