Vintage Santa on Rocking Horse Pull string with Bell Christmas Pin

Vintage Santa on Rocking Horse Pull string with Bell Christmas Pin. Measures 4" tall with string and 2 3/8" wide. Pull the string and Santa rocks forwards on the horse. No chips or cracks - but there is a flaw on the red rocker. It looks like the plastic melted slightly. Please see pictures for details and condition.
